聽(tīng)眾朋友大家好,我是伊介(同上海話的“趟”)節(jié)目個(gè)主持人阿琪,我
是從美國(guó)來(lái)個(gè)。乃末我伊享光呢嘞勒無(wú)錫個(gè)江南大學(xué)上課。當(dāng)我到中國(guó)來(lái)得
以后呢,我發(fā)現(xiàn)有弗得了有勁個(gè)物事,還有弗得了搭勒美國(guó)弗一樣個(gè)物事,
所以說(shuō)我今阿想搭大家好好交講講看。
首先啊,我作為一個(gè)“吃貨”,肯定要先搭你俚講講吃個(gè)物事噶。好像有
弗得了個(gè)人全部認(rèn)為美國(guó)人天天儕吃點(diǎn)牛排,面包,漢堡包勒敖個(gè)物事。弗
過(guò)實(shí)際上呢,弗是敖個(gè)。美國(guó)啊,本身呢就是一個(gè)移民比較多個(gè)國(guó)家,所以
我俚個(gè)菜個(gè)品種還比較多。而且每個(gè)人屋里廂燒個(gè)菜還弗一樣個(gè),像我俚屋
里個(gè)話,比較歡喜做意大利菜,乃末還有墨西哥菜、日本菜,一般性啊儕是
搭自家個(gè)屋里廂個(gè)祖宗有關(guān)系個(gè)。因?yàn)槲屹堤斯厥侨毡救耍哉f(shuō)我俚
屋里燒個(gè)菜可能還會(huì)有點(diǎn)點(diǎn)影響個(gè)。
English: First off, I’m definitely what you would call a “foodie.” But I
think most Chinese people tend to think that as an American, I must eat
burgers, steak and bread every day. In reality, that’s definitely not the case.
America was always a melting pot of different cultures with people coming
from all around the world. Of course, that means we have a lot more to
offer than just the typical American cheeseburger. As a matter fact,
everyone’s household cooks different foods, take my house for example,
we love to cook Italian, Mexican, and Japanese food. Usually what each
house makes has to do with their ethnic background. My great grandfather
is from Japan, so I usually like to make Japanese food at home.
乃末我覺(jué)著中國(guó)個(gè)美食實(shí)在是忒嫌多品種唻。我到得中國(guó)過(guò)后呢,發(fā)
現(xiàn)有弗得了好吃個(gè)物事。像我俚無(wú)錫個(gè)話,有很多人儕歡喜吃小籠饅頭,餛
飩啊,乃末還有比較有名個(gè)醬排骨。因?yàn)榻先藗€(gè)口味呢 本身就比較偏甜,
所以說(shuō),江南個(gè)菜還比較偏甜,弗過(guò)我覺(jué)著啊,雖然說(shuō)佗甜,但是你吃上去
弗會(huì)難過(guò)個(gè)。乃末除落我俚江南之外呢,我還到中國(guó)其他個(gè)城市去過(guò)個(gè)唻,
比如說(shuō)長(zhǎng)沙乃末云南箇亨面呢儕比較歡喜吃辣個(gè)物事,弗過(guò)無(wú)錫人個(gè)話,燒
啥個(gè)菜儕歡喜放糖個(gè)。與此相反個(gè),云南搭勒四川呢儕歡喜擺點(diǎn)點(diǎn)辣椒勒里
hen。我弗騙你俚,我第一介吃個(gè)辰光確實(shí)辣煞我唻,弄得我滿頭大汗,眼
淚水噠噠滴,但是今年頭我是嘞勒貴陽(yáng)過(guò)年個(gè),蹬個(gè)辰光還比較長(zhǎng),所以說(shuō)
我就慢慢交習(xí)慣則箇亨面?zhèn)€菜,伊享光當(dāng)我回到無(wú)錫個(gè)辰光,我還有點(diǎn)點(diǎn)想
吃箇亨面?zhèn)€菜得。
As for Chinese food, I have to say there are so many different
Chinese cuisines to choose from! After I came to China, I fell in love with all
the different yummy foods that we have here. Take Wuxi for example, most
people here enjoy eating the soup filled dumplings and wonton soup, of
course we also are famous for our spare ribs. People south of the Yangtze
river tend to have a sweet tooth, so most of their dishes here are also
rather sweet. Of course there are other styles of Chinese cooking in other
parts of China, like Yunnan and Sichuan, if people here in Jiangnan put
sugar in everything they make, then hot peppers would have to be a
Sichuanese equivalent to sugar. I’m not gonna lie, my first time trying to
food there had tears rolling down my face and sweat coming from all
places. But I spent Chinese new year in Guiyang, also near Sichuan, and
also famous for spicy food, after being there for quite some time I got used
to their spicy food, and even now coming to Wuxi I still find myself missing
it!
