Only Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have no "problems" as they have no self-clinging and afflictions. However, ordinary people have self-attachment and afflictive emotions, so they have "problems". Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will not have pain and afflictions when facing people who have heavy afflictive emotions. When you feel pain when interacting with others, do not stare at other people's "problems", but look at your afflictions and self-clinging.
