Dear Sir or Madam， A few weeks ago, I ordered a vase through your mail order catalog.But when it arrived, it was shattered into several small pieces. It appeared that the vase box had been crushed by something quite heavy. And as for me, changing it for a new vase is acceptable, for I like this vase very much. I will return the invoice included in the box and the broken pieces, if necessary, to you for a replacement. And of course, I will eagerly await the arrival of the new vase.
